The research speaks for itself:

RESILIENCE MATTERS

Simon T. Bailey’s groundbreaking research reveals the crucial role of resilience in workplace success. With the right guide, your organization can nurture resilience, overcome challenges, and experience brilliance at work.

We conducted an unparalleled study to get to the heart of resilience. And the results are staggering.

Simon T. Bailey’s comprehensive study, State of Working America - Thriving in Resilience and Brilliance, dove deep into the American workforce to understand the pivotal roles that resilience and brilliance play in the landscape of modern employment. With over 1,000 U.S. participants surveyed, our research charts the contours of current workplace dynamics while illuminating the path for organizations to thrive.

This study is significant because it explores how resilience becomes the cornerstone of enduring success when woven into an organization’s culture. We discovered that brilliance often catalyzes professional development and organizational achievement, presenting a compelling case for why these traits are indispensable in today’s ever-evolving business world.

There’s a collective yearning for environments that champion growth, encourage innovation, and foster a sense of belonging.

Our findings underscore the critical need for leaders who inspire resilience and nurture their teams’ innate brilliance, highlighting the symbiotic relationship between individual fulfillment and organizational success.

Our research also uncovered significant areas for leadership enhancement and organizational development. It pointed to a widespread perception among employees of a disconnect in managerial support, especially for remote workers, and an overarching need for more effective coaching and mentorship from their leaders. These insights signal an urgent call to action for organizations to cultivate a more supportive, inclusive, and resilient culture that champions brilliance and paves the way for collective success amid the complexities of the contemporary business environment.

Let’s dive into the results—and what it means for your organization.
