I’m not here to tell you how to live your life. I’m simply here to show you that you can live the brilliant life that you want. And, I know, because I did it for myself and continue to do it every day.

My life began in humble surroundings. I was born in Buffalo New York and began working at a young age for my family who instilled in me an unparalleled work ethic. I discovered I had a gift for speaking in high school and put my platinum tongue to work for me in the hospitality industry while attending college. I climbed from a position at a small hotel chain to becoming a sales director for Disney Institute based at the Walt Disney World Resort in less than fifteen years designing leadership programs for tomorrow’s corporate leaders. It was then that I decided to realize my dream to launch the Brilliance Institute.

By following my business insights, personal strategies, and sharing these tools with others, the Brilliance institute has become a reality. I have worked with 100 Fortune 1000 companies and voted by meeting professionals as one of the best keynote speakers ever heard or used in the same category along with Tony Robbins, Bill Gates, Colin Powell, and Jim Collins. I have written six books and have spoken in South Africa, Dubai, Paris, London, throughout the Caribbean and United States. I have found my brilliance and am having a blast every day.
