Simon, you did an amazing job for our Microsoft Front Row Access program. You have loads of energy and provided steps for people to really make changes in their lives.

Simon said more in ten minutes during our “Learn and Burn” session than some say in ten years. Our 1,000,000+ members will forever be impacted by his brilliant insight.”

Simon - I told my husband about you and how much brilliance that I took away from your session. Thank you so much. You are an inspiration. Hope to work with you in the near future.

Simon's presentation had "meat". It was outstanding the way he got a fairly large group of people to be interactive and to have actionable take away items that will help to improve our performance. We were talking about his presentation for days - a sign of the impact he had on our team.

A group from Carolina First saw you at an event and were so inspired that they started a book club around Release Your Brilliance and have met every week to discuss what they had read. The group gave each of the executives a copy of the book and shared with them how they intend to implement brilliance in their place of business.

Two years ago Simon T. Bailey's two-hour presentation left such an impression at EWI's Leaders Conference and Annual Meeting that our members beg to bring him back and do a full day session. His professional and personal coaching style is warm and personable as he inspires his audiences toward their individual brilliance.

There are many ‘motivators’ in the marketplace. I believe, however, that Simon Bailey has a unique persona and critical insight into the human psyche that allows him to connect deeply with people who want to dream and envision something better for themselves. Simon brings aspirations into reach and does it with a compelling energy. Most importantly, he is a man who has walked the talk and, therefore, has a legitimacy that serves as the foundation of his concepts.

Mr. Bailey, first allow me to thank you for your presentation today. I must admit I held a "rational" view of your coming today. I have been with the Federal service (IRS) just over a year and have never known them to close ERC for more than one hour, and that for a Town Hall meeting with our former ESS Director. I remember commenting, not only to myself, but to my peers as well, "who has such great value to shut the ERC down for two hours?" I must recant the question for you are quite worth your travels here.
