I started the Brilliance Institute to address the needs of clients who hired me to speak at their event and then asked if I could go deeper with them. As a business man, I said yes. I engaged the brilliance of an instructional designer who worked with me at Disney Institute. We took my books and created an incredible curriculum based on the brilliance methodology for leaders, managers and front-line employees.

Brilliance Institute is my speaking and consulting company based in Windermere, Florida. I have a virtual team of individuals around the United States that partner with me. We scale up to work on various projects and scale down to enjoy life. There are three ways to engage with me in providing a solution for you:
